"Branches"

Since the Dachs Song prompted me to create this web site, I am inspired to add, in the future, pages about my other interests and activities: photography and music.

My late good friend and companion, JJ (Johan Jakob Froberger), who is irreplaceable.

The calliope/street organ I built as a memorial to JJ. Along with the Dachs Song it has a big repertoire of carousel-type tunes and plays electronically from MIDI files; no cranking! See it perform at http://www.blip.tv/file/206260 and http://www.blip.tv/file/206389. To see my three patents go to http://google.com/patents/ and fill in my name.

My favorite camera, a Leica CL. I spent the best part of my pre-retirement life as a freelance photographer. To see some of my photographs: http://flickr.com/photos/pdvpix/

Carpal tunnel stuff has nixed my organ playing, but I'm enjoying practicing the French musette literature on my Bugari accordion.
